On any particular day, a mix of suits and jeans gather in the conference room for an open discussion about how we can continue making Axiom the happiest - and first viable - alternative to the traditional law firm.

Selected for their competency, personality, and passion, Axiom's HQ team dives head-first into the impossible: innovation in an industry that hasn't seen meaningful change in over 100 years. Having started from scratch, the odds were long, but eventually the hard work paid off. In April 2003, Axiom saw its first profitable month. The team celebrated by trekking to Atlantic City to gamble away the fruits of their labor, the first of many creative celebrations....
